Patrick was Head of Property Investment at Henderson Global Investors and Chairman of the Real Estate Investment Committee from 1992-2008.

During his tenure at Henderson Patrick was central to developing Henderson's real estate funds management business growing AUM from £300m to £12bn. He is currently a non-executive director of Henderson's offshore management companies and sits on the board of their Jersey and Luxembourg investment funds.

Patrick has a Bsc Degree in Estate Management, is a Fellow of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors, a member of the Investment Property Forum, the British Property Federation and INREV. He is registered as a director by the Jersey Financial Services Commission and the Luxembourg Commission de Surveillance du Secteur Financier (CSSF), where he is on the Board of the Managers of a range of real estate funds.
