Based in London, we have been investing in UK real estate since 1991, when our Managing Partner co-founded Arcadia Land plc to capitalise on the market distress of the early 1990s, building on his family's involvement in the sector stretching back to the 1950s.

Our management team combines skills in property investment, development, financing, asset management and fund management with particular expertise in special situations/turnaround investments.

Executive management is supported by an Advisory Board comprised of highly experienced individuals with backgrounds in real estate, technology, banking, economics and politics.
