James is a Partner of Melford Capital where he has focused on commercial real estate investment since 2005. Between 2000 and 2005 he co-managed a portfolio of South East office, retail and residential investments.

 

He was educated at the University of Cambridge where he took a first class honours degree in Modern History and an MPhil in Real Estate Finance.
