28 South Molton Street was acquired from the Administrators of Kenmore Property Group in May 2010.

It represents one of Mayfair's most prominent development sites at the junction of Oxford Street, South Molton Street and Davies Street and benefits from excellent transport links being situated adjacent to Bond Street tube station opposite the proposed new Crossrail station.

The property has planning consent for redevelopment into a landmark 'flat-iron' building comprising a flagship retail store, office and residential accommodation. The scheme, designed by leading architect DSDHA, achieved planning consent in early 2009 before Kenmore entered administration.
